President
Kaylyn Taylor
Kaylyn Taylor is a Pensacola-based dressage rider and an active member of DSDCTA. She served on the board of former Chapters and the Adult Horse Camp Committee. Kaylyn grew up riding at Pensacola Riding Center until 2015, and after a 6-year hiatus, has returned full-force to her passion for dressage with her heart horse, "Smoke."
As a professional healthcare analyst, Kaylyn offers a solid technical, creative, and detail-oriented skillset in her contributions to DSDCTA. She is passionate about serving the sport of dressage and facilitating comradery within our equestrian community. When Kaylyn is not at work or the barn, she works towards completing her MBA or creating art via graphic design or painting.

Vice President
Andrea Martin
​
Andrea has been a member of DSDCTA since 2016 and was President of the organization from 2017 through 2025. Andrea has been an active volunteer for the GMO, organizing countless shows, clinics, and numerous Chapter level and DSDCTA level banquets. She has also held the positions of President, Vice President, and Treasurer of the former NWFL Chapter and served several years as both Chapter and GMO level score keepers and awards chairperson. Andrea has profound dedication to this organization and the amazing people in it. She’s always had a desire to serve and do what’s best for the members and continues to provide wonderful opportunities for our equestrian community.
Andrea is an Air Force veteran and full time Test Engineer for the Air Force, working at Eglin AFB, but finds escape at home with her daughter, pup, and 6 horses in Laurel Hill, FL. She owns Ever After Acres, giving riding lessons to a small group of wonderful horses and riders.

Treasurer
Tashina Heiser
​
Tashina has been a member of DSDCTA since 2013. She has been an active volunteer and successfully filled all the officer positions within the former Gulf Coast Chapter. She has been an active DSDCTA volunteer, as well, and has served as Vice President, Secretary, TEMPO editor, and has served as the treasurer since 2017.
Tashina organizes many recognized shows, schooling shows, and clinics for DSDCTA. She has organized and budgeted DSDCTA’s yearly financials and budgets. She has acted as the host for multiple DSDCTA and Chapter Awards Banquets. Tashina has a passion for the success of DSDCTA, and the equestrian community.

Secretary
Tiffany Crumbley
​
Tiffany Crumbley began riding at age 11 in various disciplines including western pleasure, trail, hunter/jumpers, dressage and combined training and has owned various breeds including Quarter Horses, Arabians and Thoroughbreds. Tiffany was active in 4-H serving in several leadership positions throughout her youth.
Tiffany served on the Blue Angel Dressage Show Committee for many years and was the Secretary of the former Gulf Coast Chapter. Tiffany frequently volunteers in all aspects of DSDCTA’s activities and scribes at local shows.

Parliamentarian
Leslie Hodges
Leslie is a life-long equestrian who began riding as a youth in Germany while her father was stationed there. Leslie has ridden dressage, hunters and eventing in various locations as her father’s military career took him across the country and world. As an adult Leslie’s military moves continued while her husband was serving. No matter the geographical location, horses have always been a part of Leslie’s life. Now retired from the military, Leslie’s home is in Pensacola.
Leslie has been a longtime member of DSDCTA and the former Gulf Coast Chapter of DSDCTA serving in various official and unofficial roles. Leslie works in bookkeeping in the legal field. Leslie can be found in the show office volunteering as show secretary of nearly every schooling and rated show put on by DSDCTA.

Ashley Williams
Ashley Williams is the mother of a Niceville based dressage rider and active member of DSDCTA. She believes true connection begins on the ground, with a calm, respectful approach, she uses groundwork to build trust and a form of communication between horse and human—laying the foundation for success in the saddle. As a proud military spouse and mother of two, Ashley brings resilience, patience, and heart to every aspect of her life. Her training blends classical principles with a deep respect for each horse’s individuality, creating a supportive space where horses and riders thrive together.
