Scores should be submitted using this form or by emailing submitmyscore@gmail.com.
All submissions are sent to the DSDCTA Awards Chairperson.
Please submit your score(s) within 30 days for Year-End Award eligibility.
For CT/HT divisions, please submit your final scores including any jump/time penalties.
All scores are subject for review to validate.
